Job Description

Thoughtworks is seeking a talented .NET Full Stack Developer to join our Pune team. You will work on challenging, client-facing projects that demand clean, scalable code across both backend and frontend domains. At Thoughtworks, we champion agile practices, inclusive culture, and continuous learning. This is an on-site role requiring 5 days a week in our Pune office. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET and React
  • Build robust backend services and APIs using .NET frameworks
  • Develop responsive and performant frontend interfaces using React
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in .NET (ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+)
  • Hands-on experience with React for frontend development
  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Collaborative mindset and good communication skills
  • Commitment to inclusive technology and diverse team practices
  • Immediate availability preferred
