Job Description

Thoughtworks is hiring a Senior Systems Support Engineer to support and maintain cloud-based systems, ensuring reliability and performance for client platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain production systems running on cloud infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Node-based services
  • Manage containerized environments using Docker
  • Optimize SQL databases for performance and reliability

Requirements

  • 4.5+ years of systems support or engineering experience
  • Strong expertise in Node, Cloud platforms, SQL, and Docker
  • Experience with production troubleshooting
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
