Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints at the branch level with professionalism
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Assist customers with account opening, transactions, and general banking inquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services offered by Ujjivan SFB
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies during all customer interactions
• Manage walk-in customer flow and reduce wait times at the branch

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Branch Banking Business Domain
• Strong operational knowledge of branch banking processes
• Prior experience handling a similar profile in peer banks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of banking products including savings accounts, deposits, and loans
