Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent Pattern Agent algorithms
• Build scalable ML pipelines for pattern extraction and continuous learning
• Implement matching algorithms, anonymization, and inference-based decision systems
• Collaborate with GraphRAG engineers to build enterprise AI solutions
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and production deployment
• Participate in architecture, code reviews, testing, and solution design

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Strong expertise in machine learning pipelines and pattern recognition algorithms
• Experience with graph data structures and knowledge systems
• Experience with self-learning knowledge systems
• Knowledge of anonymization and privacy-preserving data processing
• Experience with entity matching and inference algorithms
• Strong Python and AI development skills
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred
