**Job Title:** UX Designer **Location:** Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid) **Job Type:** Contract ### Job Description We are looking for an experienced **UX Designer** to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to research user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and continuously improve the overall user experience. **Please note:** Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. ### Key Responsibilities - Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing. - Analyze user needs and translate them into effective UX solutions. - Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using a **mobile-first** approach. - Collaborate with analysts and developers throughout the design and implementation process. - Ensure applications comply with **WCAG 2.1 accessibility** standards. - Maintain and enhance the organization's Design System. - Present design concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams. ### Required Skills - Strong experience with **Figma**, **Axure**, **Conceptboard**, and **Mentimeter**. - Knowledge of **WCAG 2.1** accessibility guidelines. - Experience in user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping. - Strong understanding of UX methodologies and design systems. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ### Languages - **French:** Native - **Dutch:** Active knowledge - **English:** Active knowledge ### Work Arrangement - Hybrid working model based in **Brussels, Belgium**.
