Job Description

We are hiring a Dot Net Full Stack Developer for a Contract (C2C) engagement based in Washington, DC. The role covers end-to-end delivery, from building responsive front-end interfaces to designing and deploying cloud-native back-end services, and involves close collaboration with product, design, and QA teams. Accepted visa/work authorization statuses: OPT, H4 EAD, GC, GC EAD, TN, and US Citizen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (.NET Core, Node.js, Python)
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionalities
  • Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces ensuring optimal user experience
  • Design and deploy cloud-native applications on cloud platforms using app hosting, serverless functions, managed databases, storage, messaging queues, and container orchestration
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like ARM templates or Terraform
  • Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using automation tools
  • Develop and manage relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance optimization and data integrity
  • Write clear, maintainable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and technical planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a full stack developer
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Solid expertise in back-end technologies like .NET Core, Node.js, or Python
  • Extensive experience working with cloud services and deploying applications on cloud platforms
  • Experience designing and implementing both relational and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation tools
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices using ARM templates or Terraform
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with cloud identity and access management, such as directory services
