Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT and technical roles using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming technical hiring needs

• Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals
• Ability to understand and evaluate technical roles
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
