Job Description

VBeyond Corporation, a fast-growing global staffing and talent solutions firm, is hiring a Technical Recruiter for its Chennai office. This is a work-from-office role focused on IT and technical hiring, offering strong learning opportunities within a collaborative, high-energy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for IT and technical roles using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
  • Understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
  • Manage stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
  • Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming technical hiring needs

Requirements

  • Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
  • Strong sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals
  • Ability to understand and evaluate technical roles
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
