We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our GLOBAL CLEARING CLIENT PLATFORM team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Own and drive software development across all SDLC phases — from requirements and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Provide hands-on technical leadership as an individual contributor, designing and building scalable, resilient, high-performing applications. - Develop robust full-stack solutions using Angular and Java, applying strong object-oriented design principles, data structures, and design patterns. - Design and optimize database solutions, including schema design, SQL query tuning, batch processing, and file-based data pipelines. - Build and maintain backend services using Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture; implement MQ-based asynchronous message processing. - Apply both synchronous and asynchronous programming paradigms appropriately to meet system performance and scalability requirements. - Enforce engineering best practices — clean, maintainable code, thorough code reviews, and disciplined configuration management and refactoring. - Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, build and release processes, and environment management. - Monitor application health, diagnose issues, and implement performance tuning improvements to ensure reliability at scale. - Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. - Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. - Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and support delivery outcomes.
