Job Description
We are hiring an experienced UX Designer to lead design efforts for web and mobile applications. The role involves applying User-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies to craft intuitive, research-backed experiences, working closely with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, personas, and design systems for web and mobile applications
- Apply User-Centered Design (UCD) and Design Thinking methodologies across projects
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
- Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into design solutions
- Present design work and manage stakeholder expectations across the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
- Strong expertise in User-Centered Design (UCD) and Design Thinking methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar design tools
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, personas, and design systems
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in B.E./B.Tech (CS/IS) or a related field
- Preferred: experience with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SaaS, or AI-driven UX
- Preferred: exposure to B2B/B2C product design, responsive/mobile-first design
- Preferred: experience in HVAC or Manufacturing domain
