Job Description

Long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Tech Lead to drive end-to-end Java full stack development on a 100% onsite engagement in Columbus, OH. The role requires deep technical expertise to architect, build, and lead delivery of enterprise-grade applications while mentoring the development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and design decisions for full stack Java applications
  • Guide and mentor a team of developers through the software development lifecycle
  • Own technical delivery and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong expertise in Java and full stack development
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership or tech lead capacity
  • Must be able to work 100% onsite in Columbus, OH, 5 days a week
