Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI, LLM, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning applications
• Define AI architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and leadership teams
• Design scalable data pipelines and MLOps frameworks
• Evaluate and integrate AI technologies, tools, and cloud services
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Drive AI strategy, roadmap planning, and innovation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture
• Strong experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini), RAG, and Agentic AI systems
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Databases
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, and API design
• Experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• AI/ML certifications from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred)
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, and model monitoring (preferred)
• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, and multimodal AI applications (preferred)
