Job Description
VSS Group LLC is hiring across multiple experience levels (5–15 years) for Commercial Lending Operations roles supporting leading US banks through an offshore delivery model based in Gurgaon. These positions span the full commercial lending lifecycle — from origination through servicing — and offer a clear growth path from Analyst to Leadership. Candidates will work closely with US banking stakeholders and contribute to operations delivery, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Commercial Lending lifecycle including Origination and Servicing
- Operate and administer Loan IQ and/or AFS Vision platforms
- Drive operations delivery and support transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with US banking stakeholders in an offshore delivery model
- Provide subject matter expertise across commercial lending functions appropriate to experience level
- Support or lead teams depending on seniority, spanning Analyst to Leadership roles
Requirements
- 5 to 15 years of experience in Commercial Lending Operations (multiple bands: 5-8, 8-10, 10-12, 12-15 years)
- Hands-on experience with Loan IQ and/or AFS Vision platforms
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle (Origination to Servicing)
- Prior exposure to US banking clients or offshore delivery models preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management with US banking teams
- Demonstrated ability to support or lead process improvement and transformation efforts
