Job Description
Hybrid role (fully remote candidates also considered) for an IVR and Cyara automation testing specialist supporting contact center voice systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated test scripts using Cyara
- Validate IVR call flows and voice application logic
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate with contact center and telephony teams
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the Cyara automation platform
- Strong background in IVR testing and voice application QA
- Familiarity with contact center technologies
- Ability to work hybrid from Texas or fully remote
