Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Angular Web Developer for a W2 contract position based in Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate is a strong front-end engineer skilled in modern Angular versions who can build and maintain scalable enterprise web applications, collaborate closely with backend and DevOps teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Banking or financial services domain exposure is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular 16+/18
- Build and integrate REST APIs and GraphQL services
- Collaborate with Node.js backend teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitLab
- Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular 16+ or Angular 18
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience preferred
- Must be a local candidate based in or near Buffalo, NY
- Must be eligible to work on W2 basis
