JOB DESCRIPTION As a large manufacturer and decorator of promotional and safety products, we are seeking an eCommerce Product & Web Content Coordinator to join our Web Team. This role is data-driven and content-focused, perfect for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and product management. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with product data, managing web content, and ensuring our online catalog is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for our customers. ## Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update product data across eCommerce platforms (Magento / WordPress / Headless CMS). - Manage product content, including descriptions, attributes, images, and pricing. - Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data for web and client use. - Assist in web content management and troubleshooting issues. - Collaborate with the web team on product launches, promotions, and site updates. - Work with Excel and data files for product import/export. - Provide customer support for product-related website issues. - Contribute to continuous process improvements for product data and workflow. Preferred Skills & Experience: - Experience with web content management systems (Magento, WordPress, or similar). - Strong data management and Excel skills. - Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills. - Basic understanding of eCommerce workflows and product management. - Graphic design knowledge a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Figma). - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent required. - 2+ years of customer service, data management, or administrative experience. - Familiarity with Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Must be legally able to work in the United States. - Ability to lift 30 lbs boxes when necessary.
