Job Description

We are hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Appium-based mobile test automation. The role involves designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks for native and hybrid mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms, working closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain Appium-based automation frameworks for native and hybrid mobile apps
  • Automate test cases for Android using UIAutomator2 and iOS using XCUITest
  • Debug and inspect UI elements using Appium Inspector
  • Execute and manage cross-device/cross-platform test runs on BrowserStack or Sauce Labs
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
  • Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in QA automation
  • Strong hands-on experience with Appium (Android & iOS)
  • Experience with Appium 2.0
  • Proficiency in UIAutomator2 and XCUITest
  • Experience using Appium Inspector for element inspection
  • Hands-on experience with BrowserStack or Sauce Labs
  • Solid understanding of native and hybrid mobile automation strategies
