Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions and AI agents
• Engineer and optimize prompts for large language models
• Build and maintain data engineering pipelines to support AI workloads
• Evaluate AI model outputs using established quality metrics and methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI systems
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Write clean, maintainable Python code following modern software development practices
• Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows and version control best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall professional experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python or similar programming languages
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation methodologies and quality metrics
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
