Job Description

Xforia is hiring a SmartCOMM Developer to work as a SmartCOMM Subject Matter Expert on high-impact communication solutions for Insurance (Policy & Claim) and Banking clients. The role involves designing and building SmartCOMM templates using the Advanced Template Designer and Data Modeler, supporting multi-channel (Print/Web) and multilingual communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as SmartCOMM Subject Matter Expert for Insurance Policy & Claim applications
  • Design and develop SmartCOMM templates using Advanced Template Designer and Data Modeler
  • Build a suite of templates for core Banking communications aligned to business requirements
  • Ensure templates support multi-channel delivery (Print/Web) and multilingual readiness

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SmartCOMM Advanced Template Designer and Data Modeler
  • Prior experience on Insurance (Policy & Claim) or Banking communication/document applications
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel (print/web) and multilingual template design
  • Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert
