Job Description

Zero IT Solutions is looking for Quality Assurance Trainee candidates to join our QA team. This role is ideal for IT graduates who have completed QA training or internship experience and are eager to build a career in software testing. You will be mentored by experienced QA professionals in a structured on-site environment in Mohali, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in manual testing of web and mobile applications
  • Create and execute test cases and test plans under supervision
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools
  • Perform regression testing after bug fixes
  • Collaborate with developers to understand features and expected behavior

Requirements

  • IT educational background (B.Tech, BCA, BSc IT, or equivalent)
  • Completed training or internship in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
  • Basic understanding of software testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
