You will work on designing, developing, and troubleshooting multiple components of complex systems and applications, ensuring they meet high standards of performance and security. ### Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement standard software solutions with minimal guidance. - Write high-quality, secure code in at least one programming language (e.g., C#) while adhering to best practices. - Design, develop, and troubleshoot software components, considering both upstream and downstream system impacts. - Apply tools from the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to enhance automation and increase value. - Utilize technical troubleshooting to break down problems and resolve complex technical issues. - Analyze large, diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making to ensure secure and stable application development. - Continuously learn and apply methodologies for secure, stable, and efficient code development. - Contribute to a team culture that promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. ### Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, with 3+ years of applied experience. - Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability. - Practical experience in coding, debugging, and maintaining software in large-scale corporate environments, using modern programming languages and database querying languages. - Proficiency in C# and Java. - Experience working with React for front-end development. - Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle. - Experience throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Exposure to agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices. - Emerging knowledge of modern software applications and technologies (e.g., cloud, AI, machine learning, mobile). ### Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Hands-on experience with AWS.
