Job Overview We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on development expertise, solutioning capabilities, and team management experience. The ideal candidate will lead a small development team, drive technical design and architecture discussions, and ensure successful delivery of scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a small team of developers for application delivery and support. • Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on business requirements. • Provide hands-on development using Microsoft .NET technologies. • Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA teams, and stakeholders. • Participate in architecture discussions, effort estimations, and technical planning. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution guidance. • Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and performance standards. • Mentor junior developers and support technical skill development within the team. • Drive Agile/Scrum development practices and participate in sprint activities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. • 7–10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies. • Proven experience leading or managing small technical teams. • Strong hands-on experience in: • C# • ASP.NET / .NET Core • Web APIs / RESTful Services • SQL Server • JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Experience in solution design, system integration, and application architecture. • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is an advantage. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills • Experience in enterprise application development. • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization is a plus. • Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience is advantageous.
