- Managing month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Preparing statutory financial statements and supporting local regulatory reporting requirements.
- Contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities, providing meaningful analysis to support business decisions.
- Supporting internal and external audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors and external advisors.
- Driving continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting practices.
## About you

Technical Skills & Experience
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and month-end close activities.
- A strong understanding of local GAAP; exposure to US GAAP and SOX is advantageous.

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Soft Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- A high level of integrity, accountability, and personal ownership.
- The ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
