Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an agile environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
