As an Android Developer, you will: - Develop and enhance Android application features supporting digital wallet integrations within a large-scale mobile banking application. - Implement payment and card-related user journeys, including card provisioning, tokenization status handling, and wallet management functionalities. - Build intuitive, secure, and high-performing mobile user interfaces using modern Android frameworks and components. - Integrate Android applications with backend services through RESTful APIs. - Collaborate closely with backend developers, product owners, security teams, and compliance stakeholders to deliver secure payment solutions. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Develop and maintain automated UI tests to ensure application quality and stability. - Support integration testing, end-to-end testing, and production readiness activities. - Investigate and resolve issues identified during development, testing, and deployment phases. - Contribute to continuous improvement through code reviews, refactoring, and performance optimization. - Ensure adherence to mobile development standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices. What You Bring to the Table: - 4–6years of professional Android application development experience. - Strong expertise in Kotlin and Android SDK development. - Experience with Java for Android development is an advantage. - Solid understanding of Android UI development using XML layouts and Jetpack components. - Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful backend services. - Exposure to digital payments, wallet integrations, tokenization, or card-based solutions. - Knowledge of mobile security best practices, authentication, and secure data handling. - Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Espresso. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application delivery. - Experience working in Agile development environments. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile collaboration tools. - Experience with Samsung Wallet SDK or similar wallet technologies is a plus. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. You Should Possess the Ability to: - Develop secure and scalable Android applications. - Deliver high-quality mobile experiences within Agile teams. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Optimize application performance, usability, and maintainability. - Work independently while contributing to team success. - Deliver features within agreed timelines and quality standards.
