The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and services. The employee will have a strong background in cloud platforms, system architecture, and an ability to work collaboratively across various teams. - Design and Implementation : Develop and deploy scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Cloud Management: Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines and policies, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency. - Automation and Scripting: Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations and improve efficiency. - Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity and implement appropriate solutions to address any issues. - Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) in cloud environments. - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services. - Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. - Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure, configurations, and processes. - Technology Watch: Keeping track of technology trends to improve our Cloud designs and deployment.
