The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with strong business acumen, eager to contribute to new product design, market research, and digital banking initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Product Development & Innovation - Support the design, development, and enhancement of retail and digital banking products. - Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, and technology) to ensure smooth product launches. - Contribute ideas and insights for new customer-centric financial products and services. Data & Market Analysis - Analyze customer behavior, performance metrics, and market data to support product decisions. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for product performance reviews and strategic discussions. Collaboration & Support - Assist product managers and strategy teams in preparing product documentation, RFPs, and business cases. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals. - Participate in brainstorming and design-thinking sessions to support innovation initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelors or Masters degree from IBA, LUMS, or a recognized business school. - 2-5 years of experience in banking, fintech, consulting, or product-related roles. - Strong interest in product strategy, customer experience, and financial innovation. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools will be an advantage.
