Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience in business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, approach prospective clients, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. This role requires excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills, along with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities - Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets. - Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and negotiations. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. - Maintain an updated sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to expand business opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates for - 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. - Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is an advantage. ### Perks & Benefits: - Attractive bonuses. - Opportunity to work with top industry clients. - Dynamic and growth-oriented work culture.
