Job Description
Business Thrust Techsoft is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects across multiple teams
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and handle risks/issues
- Ensure timely delivery and quality standards
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant IT Project Management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good communication and stakeholder management
