Job Description
Extend Information Systems is hiring a Technical Project Manager on a contract basis in Phoenix, AZ. This is an on-site, face-to-face interview role open exclusively to local candidates currently residing in or near Phoenix, AZ. The role requires driving technical projects from initiation through delivery in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Extend Information Systems is a digital services company specializing in staff augmentation and IT consulting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects within scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Define project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Track and communicate project status to senior leadership
- Manage vendor and client relationships as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be local to Phoenix, AZ
- Must be available for face-to-face interview
