Job Description

We are actively hiring a Java Full Stack Developer for a W2 contract engagement in the Boston Area. This role requires 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Java full stack development. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Java-based backend services and APIs
  • Build and maintain modern frontend interfaces using Java-compatible frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application architecture and delivery
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Java full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development
  • Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or similar
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Valid US work authorization required (W2 only, no C2C)
  • Must provide LinkedIn profile URL and visa status with application
