## Your Role and Responsibilities
Working within the Autonomous Mobile Robotics GSC, the Business Developer Industries creates, implements, and updates, the Business strategy for Industries (General Industries, Consumer Industries and Logistics) accounts and Partners in coordination with the ABB Robotics Sales Manager In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, creating added value for the customer and ABB, with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You’ll be contributing to the AGVs/AMRs business inside Robotics division.
- Leading the development and implementation of the Business strategy including account plans and growth actions
- Evaluation and prioritization of accounts
- Defining sales targets for the accounts, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process across countries and sales teams (through the sales plans)
- Drive constant dialogue with the different ABB country sales teams (through the sales plans)
- Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate action is taken given market feedback to the organization and product feedback to Product Management
- Contribute to the creation of Combined Solutions (Robotics+AMRs) by feeding market knowledge and customer demands

## Qualifications for the Role
- +10 years of experience in Sales, working as Key Account Manager, Business Developer or Industry manager with automation and technologies products in the reference market
- Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes in several industries such metals, plastics, electronics and others.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills
- University degree and training in Engineering or similar.
- Fluent in English.
