Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems
• Develop and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools
• Build and maintain FastAPI-based backend services for AI applications
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance
• Implement observability, logging, tracing, and monitoring for AI agent systems
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for AI workflows
• Collaborate using Git-based version control in a team environment

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and design patterns
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Practical experience in prompt engineering
• Experience creating and integrating MCP tools
• Experience with FastAPI and API development
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows
• Familiarity with observability, logging, tracing, and monitoring tools
• Working knowledge of Git
• Experience with unit and integration testing
• Good to have: Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, production AI deployment experience, healthcare domain experience
