Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and consume REST APIs within a microservices architecture
- Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Work with AWS cloud services for hosting and scaling backend systems
- Set up and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API design for banking/payments systems
- Provide frontend support where required
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Java backend development
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices
- Experience designing and building REST APIs
- Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes container platforms
- Working knowledge of AWS
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience in Banking/Payments domain
- Frontend exposure is a plus
