Job Description
Codiant is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, gather and document business requirements, and drive successful project delivery. You will serve as the bridge between business and technology teams in a globally present AI-driven software company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements
- Prepare and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), and user stories
- Perform process analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication across teams
- Support project delivery by tracking requirements traceability and change management
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or IT projects
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques (workshops, interviews, surveys)
- Strong skills in process analysis and business process modelling
- Experience in document preparation: BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and user stories
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
