Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic Business Analyst – Pre-Sales to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for someone passionate about understanding client requirements, crafting software solutions, and working on cutting-edge technologies such as AI, blockchain, and mobile/web app development. You'll work closely with Sales and Technical teams to turn client needs into clear, actionable project documentation and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
- Conduct discovery calls and solution consulting sessions
- Prepare BRDs, SRS, FRDs, user stories, and project documentation
- Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to prepare proposals, project scope, and estimations
- Assist in solution presentations and client discussions
- Stay updated with the latest technology and industry trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/software development company
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business analysis
- Experience with BRD, SRS, wireframes, flow diagrams, and requirement documentation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Familiarity with Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS, APIs, AI, or Cloud solutions is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, or similar) is a strong advantage
