The position focuses on aligning software performance and scalability with the broader business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to meet project objectives effectively. - We're looking for someone with strong experience as a Developer FSD, particularly with Java, J2EE, design patterns, GHCP usage, and Spring Boot. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals and expectations. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and best practices. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Familiarity with database design and optimization techniques.
