Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js
• Develop secure backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Python
• Design and optimize MongoDB databases for scalability and performance
• Drive technical architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth
• Enhance application security, reliability, and CI/CD deployment processes

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Python, and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend architecture
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Solid understanding of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum development practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to take ownership, lead technical initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions
• Preferred: Experience with Express.js and Microservices Architecture
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications
• Preferred: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Preferred: Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Preferred: Knowledge of application security, monitoring, and performance optimization
