Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives
• Support day-to-day HR administration

Requirements

• Trainee to 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HR processes and tools preferred
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
