Welcome to Bosch. ## Job Description 岗位职责: 1、参与持续交付方案设计制定； 2、负责开发环境持续集成搭建、优化、维护、扩容和监控； 3、负责自动化测试工具部署及管理； 4、参与和项目经理沟通，收集需求，逐步完善开发流程与规范； 5、负责持续建设持续集成管理平台，能够积极推动项目进程，提高研发效率。 任职资格: 1、3年以上的运维开发和CICD工作经验,熟练掌握pipline的构建方法； 2、熟悉配置管理、测试管理、开发流程管理等持续交付相关系统； 3、精通主流CI/CD 工具链的搭建与维护（Git/ Jenkins / Docker 等）； 4、具备使用或二次开发过软件持续集成系统的实践经验，熟悉持续集成的各种插件的配置及使用；熟悉插件目录结构，具备插件开发能力； 5、精通shell(window/Linux),精通python等脚本语言的开发，可独立解决系统出现的问题； 6，熟悉主流数据库如mysql,sqlserver等，熟悉ansible/saltstack。 7、善于沟通，良好的团队协助精神； 8、乐于钻研，解决问题能力强，能承受一定的工作压力。
