Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs
• Participate in full SDLC and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Develop and optimize SQL Server and Oracle database solutions, including ETL processes
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, and related DevOps tooling
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve delivery speed
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 15+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs
• Strong SDLC and Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and ETL development
• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and DevOps practices
• Experience with unit testing and AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Prior state government project experience strongly preferred
• Local candidates in Austin, TX highly preferred
• Blazor (Server/WASM) experience preferred
• Docker and containerized application experience preferred
