Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Design and implement data models and statistical analyses
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
• Optimize and monitor model performance and accuracy
• Document methodologies, processes, and technical solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data analysis libraries
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
• Expertise in data wrangling, cleansing, and feature engineering
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed data processing frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with big data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models into production environments
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and best practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
