Key Responsibilities

• Own analytics workstreams end-to-end
• Analyze user funnels, cohorts, and product lifecycle metrics
• Design and evaluate complex experiments including A/B tests and quasi-experiments
• Apply causal inference methods to measure impact
• Translate complex analysis into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant data science experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for extracting and manipulating large datasets
• Solid expertise in experimental design, statistical inference, and causal measurement
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with machine learning or visualisation tools is a major plus
