This role is responsible for creating scalable solutions that streamline business processes, improve data accessibility, and support digital transformation initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to define technical requirements for web, mobile, CRM, and AI-based solutions. - Design scalable system architecture spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365, full-stack applications, and Azure cloud services. - Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, and Angular. - Design, build, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions including plugins, workflows and Dataverse extensions. - Develop automation workflows, dashboards, and business processes within CRM systems. - Demonstrate ownership, across the full software lifecycle, from design to production support. Qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development in a Microsoft-centric environment. - Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (workflows, plugins, Dataverse customization). - Demonstrated hands-on experience with C#, .NET development, RESTful API design and integration, Angular (or comparable modern front-end framework), SQL Server (querying, performance tuning, database design), and Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, release management). - Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in Microsoft Azure including Azure Functions. - Demonstrated experience with CI/CD automation and multi-environment deployment strategies (development, testing, staging, production). - Demonstrated experience with Azure identity and access management (Azure AD, OAuth, role-based access control). - Up to 25% business travel is required, including overnights and weekends.
