Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
• Deliver UI-focused work (approximately 60-70% of scope) alongside API/backend development
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts and technology team members
• Resolve complex technical issues and achieve team goals

Requirements

• 12+ years minimum overall experience
• Only H1B candidates with I-94 will be considered
• 5+ years of Java experience
• 5+ years of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend architecture
• 5+ years of Redux Toolkit, React Hook Form, and enterprise React ecosystems
• 5+ years of Design System and Component Library ownership (Fluent UI, Material UI, Storybook)
• 5+ years of Micro Frontend Architecture using Module Federation and Monorepos
• 5+ years of API-driven development with SOAP, REST, and JSON
• 5+ years of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps experience
• 2+ years of experience with AI, Gen AI, and Agentic automation solutions (Claude, Co-Pilot, Devin AI)
• 2+ years of web application security experience (authentication, authorization, session management, encryption)
• Hybrid schedule, minimum 3 days in office, onsite day one at approved location
• Desired: Azure/OpenShift/PaaS experience, Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, e-signature experience, Spring/Spring Boot experience
