Key Responsibilities

• Lead ML/AI projects end-to-end and mentor engineering teams
• Serve as primary AI technical advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Define AI roadmaps and architect enterprise-grade AI solutions
• Gather and clarify requirements, manage scope, and build long-term client trust
• Design, develop, deploy, and operationalize business-critical AI solutions
• Build production-grade applications using Agentic AI frameworks
• Develop and deploy generative AI applications including text, conversational, and image synthesis
• Define MLOps standards, best practices, and deployment pipelines for the team
• Present complex technical concepts and trade-offs to executive audiences

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and AI development
• 2+ years in a technical lead or team lead capacity
• Proven experience leading ML/AI projects end-to-end and mentoring engineers
• Client-facing or consulting experience managing senior stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
• Deep expertise in ML algorithms: supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning
• Solid experience in NLP including language models, text generation, and sentiment analysis
• Proven understanding of generative AI concepts: text/image/audio synthesis, diffusion models, transformers
• Expertise in Agentic AI and hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, ADK, or Autogen
• Strong experience in MLOps and ML model deployment pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
