Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT professionals across diverse technologies
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT hiring
• Leverage Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets within timelines

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in domestic IT staffing/recruitment
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage recruitment trackers and meet hiring targets
