How you’ll make an impact 1. You will lead the design, simulation, and analysis of complex electrical circuits and systems for various applications, including power electronics, control systems, and embedded hardware. 2. You will develop and implement comprehensive test plans and procedures to ensure product reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards. 3. You will conduct thorough root cause analysis of electrical failures and implement effective corrective actions. 4. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, throughout the product lifecycle. 5. You will stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in electrical engineering to propose and implement innovative solutions. 6. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers as needed. 7. You will participate in design reviews and contribute to strategic technical discussions. 8. You will ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in all engineering activities. 9. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 10. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering roles, preferably within a large industrial or technology company. 3. Proven expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and embedded systems. 4. Proficiency with electrical engineering CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout. 5. Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) for circuit and system analysis. 6. Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset. 8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and documentation. 10. Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
