Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and review all applications in JobVite.
- Manage onboarding documentation and keep accurate employee records.
- Review employment documents to ensure authenticity and proper Form I-9 completion.
- Conduct background checks on new employees.
- Maintain reports tracking open jobs, EAD expiry, and new hires.
- Assist production employees with benefits and work-related questions.
- Keep detailed records to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
- Enter and maintain employee information in HR systems.
- Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
- Manage internal and external company communications related to employment needs.
- Maintain the internal newsletter.
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties including filing.
- Crosstrain on all HR functions.
