Job Description

Empowers Academy is looking for a Full-Time Full Stack Developer (0–3 Years Experience) to join the team in BTM Layout, Bengaluru. The role involves building scalable web applications using modern technologies across the MERN/Next.js stack, working on real-world products in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
Develop frontend interfaces using Next.js and React.js
Build backend services using Node.js
Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB/Mongoose
Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)
Work with AWS S3 for file/object storage
Collaborate using Git and GitHub in a team workflow

Requirements

Strong understanding of modern full-stack development
Experience building and deploying personal or academic projects
Good knowledge of databases and authentication systems
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Freshers and developers with up to 3 years of experience welcome
